Position Overview
As the Project Crane Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence. Beyond supervising crane operations, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, secure repeat business, and contribute to the overall expansion of our services. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and service expansions. Collaborate with project teams to deliver tailored lifting solutions that exceed client expectations. Actively seek feedback and adapt services to meet evolving customer needs. Operational Excellence: Oversee and coordinate crane operations on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of lifting activities. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and planners to plan and execute operational tasks in alignment with project timelines. Conduct risk assessments and site inspections, maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety and quality. Strategic Leadership: Provide mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Monitor equipment performance and proactively manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to propose new solutions and improve service offerings. Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor with a strong understanding of crane operations and safety standards. Sales acumen with the ability to build lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Previous experience in mining, construction, or energy sectors is highly desirable.
