Your key responsibilities include:
Leading team development and delegating tasks to supervisors.Planning and implementing team training and engagement activities.Managing team productivity and providing capacity reporting.Upskilling team members and overseeing client file reviews.Continuously improving processes and managing client onboarding.Achieving revenue and profit targets, managing forecasting, and identifying upsell opportunities.Assisting with monthly client invoicing.Building relationships with other divisions and ensuring efficient handling of inquiries.Fostering strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.Addressing client complaints promptly and working towards resolution.SKILLS + EXPERIENCE: 3+ years experience in a team leadership position of 3+ people.3+ years experience in a senior bookkeeper or senior finance role.Experience in an accounting firm or professional services industry will be highly regarded.Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.Sound time management and organisational skills.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Xero Advisor Accreditation would be an advantage.HOW TO APPLY: If you are looking for career progression and the ability to continuously upskill, apply today!
