Anne's Pantry Franchising is seeking a happy, enthusiastic and well-presented Reception/Office Administration/All Rounder.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as an ability to support multiple areas of the business.
Duties will include assisting in-bound calls, monitoring the main email inbox, and supporting our Franchisees and Manufacturing.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts AdminAssist with weekly payroll and ensure complianceBank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial recordsOversee drivers' compliance requirementsPrepare month-end reconciliationsHandle customer inquiries and support financial communications with stakeholdersAssist with new hire onboarding and compliance documentationPerform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as neededHandle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiriesQualificationsSkills & Experience Required: Software Proficiency: Xero (must) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Experience: 1+ years in bookkeeping, preferably in Food and Beverage industrySkills: Strong multitasking, deadline management, and attention to detailCommunication: Excellent written and verbal skills, solution-focusedOther: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
