The position is a varied role incorporating all aspects of Bookkeeping and Accounts administration.
The role is part-time, requiring you to work 2-3 days per week (with Thursdays and Fridays the mandatory days) in either the Wahroonga or Parramatta clinic.
The tasks to be performed include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with fortnightly employee payrollPreparing monthly contractors' payHandling all payroll administration, including onboarding, updating & exit processesDaily reconciliation of bank accounts and accounts receivable receiptingCoordinating accounts payables and ensuring they have been paid on timeProducing invoices using XeroDebtor collections using Xero and GenieClosing of month end reconciliations, which also includes banking of cash and chequesAssisting company accountant with the preparation of quarterly BAS and annual tax lodgementsRegistering and updating clinical providers with Health fundsUpdating clinical billing items and other administrative tasks on GenieAssisting management with ad-hoc duties The Ideal Candidate...
