Looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Officer for a varied role.
Must have solid payroll experience and excellent communication skills.
The Role: Full time permanent, or part-time with minimum 4 days / weekFully office based through training, after this 1 day WFH / weekCorporate environment in the professional services industryMust have previous payroll experienceKey Responsibilities: Payroll processing for 100 staff members fortnightlyWorkcover reportingBAS completionData entry of disbursements and invoicesDaily bank reconciliationsTrust account entries and reconciliationsTrust account reportingChecking and inputting invoices and prepare for monthly creditor payrun and other creditor paymentsAccounts payable including following up any discrepanciesCredit card reconciliationsDisbursement reconciliations to invoicesFollow up missing information re disbursements as neededKey Requirements: Must have previous experience in processing payrollPrevious experience in APExperience in using MicroPay and MYOB advantageousIf this sounds like you, please apply immediately.
