Bookkeeper & Payroll Role Location: Working primarily from home, but may at times be required to attend the office in Scone, Perthshire
Hours of Work: 8 to 10hrs per week, worked flexibly between Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail for a part-time position of Bookkeeper & Payroll.
There is potential for the role to be available on a self-employed basis at an applicant's request.
The Successful Candidate will: Report to the Administrative Manager Be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, and running payroll Collate information for annual accounts and work with accountants Essential skills: Experience of bookkeeping using Xero (Sage, Quickbooks etc.)
is essential, with a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes Experience of running payroll essential (knowledge of using Xero Payroll would be desirable) Experience of submitting pension files to pension providers Excellent Microsoft 365 skills (especially Excel) Desirable experience of working with e-commerce businesses (especially Shopify) Desirable to be a member of the following professional bodies: ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) or AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) - Level 3 or higher Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
