Based in our Perth CBD office, your key responsibilities will include:
Raising and distributing finance-approved purchase orders for payment.Reconciling multiple corporate and individual credit card purchases / statements and processing payments.Processing and payment of employee expense claims and cash advances.Distributing petty cash and maintaining and reconciling the petty cash register.Reconciling supplier creditor statements and resolving discrepancies.About You Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
