At Elite Eleven, we champion authenticity, prioritise collaboration, and strive to foster a vibrant community.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Administration & Data Entry: Ensure payroll accuracy and integrity through precise data entry.Preparation of financial reports related to payroll.Responding to Payroll Queries: Address staff inquiries promptly and professionally.Continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.Collaboration with other Accounting & Finance team members for broader financial tasks.Maintain up-to-date bank reconciliations.Prepare BAS, monthly activity statements, and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and store-specific).Handle income tax and payroll tax preparation.Process payments.Skills and Experience Required:Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.Strong organisational and time management abilities.A proactive and results-driven approach.Experience using MYOB/XERO.Progressive company and constantly growing and challenging the status quo.A fun work environment with a passionate team.
