Your role will involve managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.You will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity while providing exceptional support to our suppliers and customers.
Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help us achieve high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.Please note this role is intended to start from January 2025.What you'll be doing Process supplier invoices and Weel (credit card) transactionsProduce fortnightly supplier payment batchesConduct daily bank and credit card reconciliationsPerform supplier statement reconciliationsProvide prompt responses to supplier and customer queries, escalating when necessaryManage supplier records and verification processes using EFTSUREAssist with debt collection activitiesSupport invoice generationAid in internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with relevant state and territory requirementsPrepare and lodge quarterly BASWho are we looking for?The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and is passionate, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality work every day.
