Position: Finance Stream Coordinator
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: $40 - $50 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial operations of a medium-sized enterprise Lead and coordinate with overseas accounting staff, ensuring smooth and effective communication Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies Implement and improve financial systems and processes Ideal Candidate:
Currently a 2nd-year accounting student with high academic performance Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in coordinating remote teams Highly organized and disciplined, with excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and willingness to learn Ability to commit to 25 hours per week What We Offer:
