Position: Finance Stream Coordinator
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: $40 - $50 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial operations of a medium-sized enterpriseLead and coordinate with overseas accounting staff, ensuring smooth and effective communicationManage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flowEnsure accurate and timely submission of financial statementsAssist in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decisionsMaintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and policiesImplement and improve financial systems and processesIdeal Candidate:
Currently a 2nd-year accounting student with high academic performanceStrong leadership and team management skills, especially in coordinating remote teamsHighly organised and disciplined, with excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and willingness to understandAbility to commit to 25 hours per weekWhat We Offer:
