Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We're looking for a dedicated, experienced bookkeeper to join our established and rapidly growing business full time.  This role is based at our Frenchs Forest head office.

Your key responsibilities will be:
* Maintaining accurate and up to date financial records
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Month end reconciliation and journal entries
* Inventory management (including Forex payments)
* Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
* Payroll support
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Assisting with BAS, PAYG and superannuation submissions
* Work closely with management
* Office/admin duties
To be successful in this position you must have:
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* The ability to work fast and efficiently
* Extensive experience with Xero
* Experience using database management systems
* Good communication skills & an interest in the coffee industry
* Strong administration, planning and time management skills
* Initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation
