Reference ID: Email: Call: West Sector: Accounting and Finance Job Summary South-West Sydney - Campbelltown areaRole with AutonomyGrowing Organisation Job Description About your new employer:A growing organization with a strong global presence.Established and well-known customer base.Supportive management team.About your new job:Reporting to the Managing Director and working in this broad and varied role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Accounts Payable & ReceivableResponsible for managing a small payrollReconciliations of Bank statements, Balance Sheet and General LedgerPreparation of Business Activity StatementsMonth-end ReportingManage the company fleet, registration renewals, fuel and credit cardsRun weekly and monthly reports for managementAssistance with co-ordination of tradeshows & other eventsCreate sales order and quotes - spare partsAssist with the creation of warehouse documents - Sales orders, delivery notes, purchase ordersMaintain order flow to and from warehouseArrange dispatch dockets and consignment notesOther general administrative ad-hoc tasks as requiredAbout You:To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:Previous experience in a similar position working across a broad variety of functions within finance and administrationAbility to run a small payroll and provide administrative support to the sales team when neededExceptional organisational and time management skillsAbility to work autonomouslyIntermediate to advanced level in Microsoft packagesStrong Communication skillsHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of MYOBWhat is in it for you:Hybrid role - opportunity to WFHSupportive and friendly team culturePartner with the Managing Director of the businessAutonomous role and opportunity to grow with the organisationParking on siteAll Rights Reserved West Recruitment Pty Ltd
