About the role We are looking for an experienced and capable Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join the team. This full-time or Part time position will see you providing key administrative and office management support, as well as handling bookkeeping duties, to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.
What you'll be doing Manage the bookkeeping function, including data entry, payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, Debtor/Creditor management, ATO lodgment requirements for Payroll and GST.Provide administrative support to the teamOversee the day-to-day operations of the office Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and proceduresProvide backup support across a range of general administrative duties as neededMust be flexible and willing to learn new skills Must work well under pressure What we're looking for Experience in a similar assistant or office management role.Strong bookkeeping skills with experience using accounting software such as MYOB or XeroExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholdersDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordExceptional organisation and time management abilities with a keen eye for detailA proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach to problem-solvingWhat we offer Competitive salary with growth and career opportunities Professional development opportunities and support for ongoing learningFriendly, collaborative team environment at the office daily
