Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a team of onshore and offshore professionals.Manage workflow, review tasks, and ensure accurate bookkeeping and reporting.Build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions.Provide payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting services.About You 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public practice.Proficient in MYOB, Xero, and Xero add-ons with strong client-facing skills.Qualified with a Diploma of Accounting or Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
