Job Description Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring proper allocation of funds.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Liaise with auditors and tax authorities as required.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant A successful bookkeeper should possess: Proficiency in MYOB.
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
