About the Role:
Play a pivotal role in executing the company vision, be part of something special right in WA, providing a guiding hand that services their business and broader Franchise network across Australia.
Run as a group with multiple businesses within; this role will be hands on and working closely with stakeholders to bring to life appropriate book keeping standards and business management.
About You: - A minimum 3 years experience in a Bookkeeping role (or similar)
- Previous experience working with a complex Client cohort (looking for medium sized businesses and up)
- Must be available to fulfill the permanent, full time nature of this role
- You must be high on the agency scale, and be solutions focused.
- You will have a hunger for creating a great service delivery, and a passion for what you do
- You will have previous experience in high growth or rapidly growing, commercial environments
- Previous experience of streamlining processes and creating efficiencies
- Strong experience in high volume, highly transactional environments is essential
- A strong working knowledge of Xero is highly desirable
