Core Talent are currently supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Warwick. As the Finance Officer/Bookkeeper, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence. You will immerse yourself in the financial management of the business.
Key responsibilitiesPreparation of BAS, IAS and FBT returns for the Group and ensuring lodgement deadlines are met.Accounts Payable and Receivable.Completing a small payroll (up to 15 employees).Administrative duties: Answering phones, assisting with enquiries, office management.Qualifications & experienceMust be competent in accounts receivable & payable.Must be competent in Payroll & Following up payments.Must have experience in XERO or similar programs.Tasks & responsibilitiesEntering accounts payable and receivable (XERO accounting system used).Paying invoices (XERO).Phone customers to confirm delivery dates.Following up payments.General Admin duties like filing, printing of job files, delivery dockets.Seniority levelEntry level
