Our team is growing and we're on the hunt for a Bookkeeper to join our internal finance team.
You will enjoy work flexibility across the 20 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities: Clients Internal client - Kearney GroupResponsible for the transactional processing, reconciliations, timely reporting and information to the Group Finance PartnerPeople Contribute to an enjoyable working environmentActively participate as a team member to contribute to the success of the teamDemonstrate our values and behaviorsTechnical Excellence Bank reconciliationsCredit card reconciliationsAccounts Payable processing including bill entry, review of GL codingPayment preparation/processingAccounts Receivable processing including creation of invoices, debtor managementManagement of internal accounting software & their connections to our client management systemFinancial Adhere to KPIs around task efficiency & executionPractice Development Provide ongoing support to the Group Finance PartnerInnovation Make continuous improvements to accounting systems and processesLook for new software/tech to assist with providing Kearney Group with great outcomesCore Capabilities and Core Traits & Behaviours: Experience using accounting systems (e.g.
Xero) & Microsoft (e.g.
