We are seeking a driven and experienced accounts person/bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing the financial records of our organization, managing inbound payments and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The applicant  will work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day incoming financial documents of the organization, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, purchase orders and debtors.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Administration duties around debtor reconciliations.Maintain company asset records. Qualifications: Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting workStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software, such as Microsoft DynamicsProficiency in MS Office suite of software applications such as word and excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
