You are highly organised and able to maintain excellent standards of service even under pressure.
You excel in a collaborative environment and demonstrate discretion and maturity when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. You have experience gained in a professional services environment, looking after multiple clients or Private Accounting Practice. Tertiary qualified in Bookkeeping or Accounting will be well regarded. Payroll experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Xero accounting software experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills with a proactive nature. Flexible mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction, including the willingness to provide concierge-style service. Responsibilities Responsible for providing bookkeeping and payroll services to a key group of clients. Provide a concierge style service to your clients, including administrative support, as requested. Actively support team members as required.
