THE ROLE
As our Bookkeeper, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate financial records and transactionsProcessing accounts payable and receivablePreparing monthly financial reports and reconciliationsAssisting with payroll processing and BAS reportingManaging the general ledger and preparing trial balancesAssisting with year-end auditsCollaborating with finance and operations teams for accurate financial reportingTHE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accountingProficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar)Strong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of financial regulations and complianceExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related fieldTHE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU have experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk, or Accountant roles.
