We believe that staff need flexibility in their approach to balancing their work and the demands of everyday life!As the successful candidate you will work under the leadership of highly experienced directors and managers and be part of a friendly, professional Corporate Services team. You will be engaged in assignments for a range of industries and company sizes ranging from ASX listed companies to not-for-profit organisations.The salary range for this role is commensurate on experience and can be negotiated.Key accountabilities and responsibilities Processing of supplier invoices and management of creditor pay runs, following the relevant approval processes, and uploading payments to the bank;Accounts receivable invoicing and processing of receipts;Payroll management and processing, including superannuation and salary sacrificing arrangements, using Xero, Keypay & Myob software;Preparation of IAS & BAS returns;End of month balance sheet reconciliations and P & L review;Assisting with the initial preparation of monthly management accounts;Assisting the team with the completion of tasks or work assignments as necessary to ensure client requirements are met;Identifying potential issues or opportunities in day-to-day work and raising these with Managers or Directors;Liaising directly with clients to respond to queries or provide information, as requested.Qualifications & ExperienceYou will have extensive experience in bookkeeping, including end of period (Month, Quarter, Year) procedures, working to tight deadlines, excellent time management skills and attention to detail, and demonstrated adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
