Job Description Some of the key responsibilities include:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.Oversee the administration of financial accounts, credit card facilities, and petty cash.Provide support to the Accountant with monthly tax, compliance, and accounting activities.Coordinate landowner-related financial processes, including lease payments and record management.Manage financial inquiries.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will possess:
Extensive bookkeeping experience with a solid foundation in financial processes.Strong administrative skills, demonstrating effective organisation and coordination.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.Expertise in using and managing financial systems, including MYOB.A proven record of excellent attendance and timekeeping.Exceptional organisational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently.Effective time management skills to consistently meet deadlines.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.A self-motivated approach, with the capacity to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills as a dedicated team player.What's on Offer The successful candidate will be offered:
