Hours: 15-20hrs, with potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate.
Job Overview: We are a small, dynamic bookkeeping firm.
This role involves handling daily data entry, bank reconciliation, and working with a variety of clients.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and Xero, Payroll and have a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Daily data entry and bank reconciliations.Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records for various clients.Using advanced software functions for records management and report generation.Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Process and manage payroll for clients.Perform bank reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Utilize Excel, MYOB, and Xero for bookkeeping tasks.Work independently and meet deadlines.Communicate effectively with clients and provide customer-focused service.Skills & Qualifications: Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping.Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing.Proficient in Excel and Xero.Detail-oriented and a fast learner.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
