About the Role:
This position sits in the Bookkeeping team and you will be working with 3 other professionals.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and will be looking after their end to end bookkeeping needs.
Your duties will include:
Bank account and credit card reconciliationsPreparation of end-of-monthAccounts payable and accounts receivablePayrollReportingLiaising with clients and building strong client relationships and resolving issues if necessaryPreparation of BASPreparation of budgets may be required for some clientsAbout You:
You will be an experienced Bookkeeper who ideally has a background working in the public practice accounting sector.
Additionally, you will have:
At least 3-5 years of experience as a BookkeeperCertificate IV in Bookkeeping is idealExperience using Xero softwareExperience with MYOB and QuickbooksStrong communication skills and ability to liaise with clientsAbility to work with a small tight knit teamIf you are interested in this position, please APPLY NOW or contact me for a confidential discussion.
