Bookkeeper

Work directly with multiple businesses to prepare their accounts in Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks.
Reconcile accounts in line with client agreements.
Enter bills and receipts, schedule and process supplier payments.
Prepare Australian compliance reporting such as Business Activity Statements (BAS), or Superannuation Guarantee Charge (SGC) statements.
Reconcile balance sheets including inter-company assets and loans.
Review accounts to assess business performance, and prepare management reports.
Communicate directly with clients over the phone and through email to get things done.
Stay up to date with Australian accounting requirements and changes to our industry.
Skill Requirements 3-5 years experience as a qualified accountant, ideally with BPO experience.
Experience with Australian businesses.
Experience using Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks.
Qualifications Comfortable having conversations with Australians and communicates clearly.
Asks good questions to understand a problem, and likes to solve issues proactively.
Willingness to learn more.
Helps others without being asked, and enjoys sharing the success of others.
Likes building relationships and having fun as part of a team.
