About Us O'Neills Sportswear, with over 100 years of experience, is a market leader in teamwear apparel across a wide range of sports and is rapidly expanding within the Australian market. As apparel partner of Professional Sports Teams such as the Adelaide Crows in the AFL, Penrith Panthers, Melbourne Storm and Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs in the NRL, ACT Brumbies in Super Rugby, and Hockey Australia, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic team in an exciting and innovative industry. We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper based in our Wayville (SA) office. 
The Role In this role your responsibilities will include: Accounts Receivable – generating invoices and credits, managing contra activity, and debtor activities including follow up emails and callsAccounts Payable – processing bills, scheduling payments and raising claimsMaintaining and cross checking spreadsheets, verifying dataPreparing manual reports for internal and external stakeholdersLiaising with all internal and external stakeholders, inc Admin, Sales and Logistics Teams on all finance matters Providing excellent customer service to our client base Your Experience

You will have had experience in a similar position but more importantly, you will be numerically minded with a high level of attention to detail as well as being a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Certificate III or higher in Bookkeeping/Accounting, or ideally a minimum of 2 years relevant work experienceExperience in a similar Bookkeeping role in a small to medium businessUnderstanding of intercompany accounting desirableKnowledge and experience in Xero and/or MYOBProficient in MS Office Suite i.e., Word, Excel, OutlookAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlinesA can-do attitude, flexible and mature approach to work tasksAbility to work effectively in a busy team environment as well as work independentlyMulti-tasking and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, autonomous, reliable and trustworthy Located in Wayville, you'll be working full time Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm, and Fridays 8.30am-2.30pm, but hours are flexible for the right candidate.
