Our client is a privately owned, progressive and growing manufacturing business located with Perth area. They have been manufacturing bespoke plastic products for over 40 years, and now have an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Coordinator to join their team.
About the role: Bookkeeping/transactions processing. Reconciliation of bank accounts, debtors, creditors, etc. Liaise with clients to answer queries. Manage Payroll processing and associated records. Maintaining accurate financial records. Reconcile Accounts Payable each month and prepare other financial reports when required. Providing Administration support and perform various tasks and duties when required. The successful applicant has the following skills and experience: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. MYOB) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Accounts Payable experience preferred. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organisation. It's all about attitude - positive and full of energy. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing client relationships. Must be available to work 2 to 3 days a week.
