Bookkeeper / Customer Relations Manager

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting) Full time Auto Masters are looking for a Bookkeeper / Customer Relations Manager to oversee the bookkeeping function and manage the aftercare of our clients and customers, ensuring that their journey with Auto Masters was a pleasant one, and encouraging customer retention.
You will be reporting to a multi-site Franchisee who owns 3 stores located in Willetton, Forrestfield and High Wycombe. The role will require you to work a minimum of 2 days on site at the Willetton workshop. The other 3 days are up to you! Work from home or come into the office if you wish!
The role includes, but is not limited to: Bookkeeper: Xero accounting softwarePreparation of management reports/dashboardPayrollBas Agent desirable but not essentialBank reconciliationsAccounts ReceivableAccounts PayableCustomer Relations Manager: Providing excellent customer service to ensure peak satisfaction with our services.Calling both existing and past customers, gathering feedback and upselling returns.Work with the Auto Technicians to offer different services/book in for future servicing.Handle calls from customers regarding queries, suggestions, and complaints.Other general administrative duties as required.About You: You will have proven experience in a bookkeeping role as well as excellent customer service skills.
What we need from you: Proven bookkeeping workplace experienceHigh level of confidence on the phoneAbility to show initiative when it comes to problem solvingPrevious experience in the automotive industry (desirable, not essential)Ability to remain highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask.Able to work collaboratively with numerous teams over numerous stores.Computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.Australian working rights and exceptional communication skills.Benefits: You will be working for a busy Franchisee and given the autonomy to make the role your own.
