We work with each of our staff to find the right balance of hours that works mutually within these spread of hours.
Some staff work 4 day weeks, some work part time across all days, and 2 staff don't have the same hours any 2 consecutive days, so we are truly flexible and work with you.
(No one works more than 38 hours per week though!
