THE ROLE:
Reporting to the CEO, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Weekly bills processing and occasional raising of invoices through XeroFortnightly payrollManaging employee records as well as calculation of superannuation, holiday and sick leaveInternal customer service management system administration and outstanding bills follow-ups, including daily bank reconciliationsArranging travel and accommodation for PETAA's board and VIP presentersArranging catering for face-to-face workshops run around the countryAssisting with any other ad-hoc duties as neededABOUT YOU
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
