Jelcross Holdings Pty Ltd – Dunsborough WA BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATOR / OFFICE SUPPORT A rare opportunity to develop skills in a unique and exciting role based in beautiful South West WA. Office based in Dunsborough, this position offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in the accounting/bookkeeping and administration of a private family's business and property investments.
You will have a varied workload with your responsibilities including but not limited to:
Management and reconciliation of financial accounts for multiple entries with MYOB Assisting in preparing financial information/reports for monthly and annual reporting Budget and cashflow preparation for existing and potential investments Assisting in management of property investments Supplier and product research, costing and analysis Liaising with contractors/suppliers Day to day office support as required including personal assistant duties for Directors About you: Ideally 5 years plus bookkeeping and office administration experience Excellent MYOB and Excel skills Accurate and methodical Discerning with absolute discretion Advanced time management skills, including the planning and prioritising of tasks Strong communication and problem solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative Self-motivated who can work autonomously whilst also being part of a team Committed to long term involvement Please submit your resume and covering letter to ******
