Bookkeeper/Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)Assist with weekly payroll and ensure complianceBank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial recordsOversee drivers' compliance requirementsPrepare month-end reconciliationsHandle customer inquiries and support financial communications with stakeholdersAssist with new hire onboarding and compliance documentationPerform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as neededHandle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiriesManaging multiple administration dutiesSkills & Experience Required: Software Proficiency: Xero and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Experience: 1+ years in bookkeeping, preferably in transport/logisticsSkills: Strong multitasking, deadline management, and attention to detailCommunication: Excellent written and verbal skills, solution-focusedOther: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
