Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for an experienced person with bookkeeping experience to help in our fast-growing renovation company and are happy to pay based on experience.
We are a small family-owned company seeking the right person to work alongside us long-term.
The person we are seeking will be experienced with Xero (Hub Doc would also be an advantage), trustworthy, honest, and able to work alone or within a team. Good communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone, are essential.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Account reconcilingClient invoicingCreditor paymentsAnswering the phone if reception is unattendedThis is an in-office position 2 days a week to start and could grow into a full-time position for the right person.
References & police clearance will be required. The position is open now and ready for an immediate start for the right person, but we will also wait for the right person if notice needs to be given to current employers (don't burn bridges).
