Bookkeeper/Administration Officer

Edinburgh International College is a registered training organization (RTO 45561) based in Broadmeadows, currently looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Admin Officer.
Duties will involve: Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.Managing up-to-date database.Sending invoices and following up for fees collection.Assisting admissions officer with the application process and other administrative work.Following up for student attendance and fees.Classroom preparation before lectures.General bookkeeping and accounts payable.Our ideal candidates will have: Strong, professional communication skills and an eye for detail.A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).Bilingual with sound English (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish, Hindi preferred).Good knowledge of MS Excel.Willingness to learn new systems.Readiness to take on ad-hoc duties.Proficiency in MS Office.Availability to work on one weekend.We're committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment that values and respects diverse styles, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
