RARA Marketing has 3 businesses with 14 staff and 2 directors and we are on the hunt for an experienced Bookkeeper who will be solely responsible for overseeing and maintaining the financial data and compliance of the businesses. Maintaining accurate records on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliation will be your key focus.

Chasing up A/R's needs to be your passion.

Working Monday to Friday for up to 4 hours any time between 8am to 4pm (Flexible), your duties will include:
• End to end bookkeeping duties / data entry
• Regular reconciliations of bank accounts.
• Accounts Receivable / Payable duties.
• Payroll, Time Sheets and superannuation fortnightly.
• Digital filing.
• Prepare and submitting BAS.
• ATO Payment Plans, including capacity to pay details if required.
• Reconciliations of complex issues e.g. Control accounts not balancing or payroll corrections.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices.
• Liaise with our accountant and provide supporting documentation as required.
To be considered for this great opportunity you will have: •              3+Years solid experience with full end-to-end Bookkeeping.
•              Previous experience as a bookkeeper within a small/medium business.
•              A commitment to on and off the job training.
•              Excellent knowledge of Xero accounting software.
•              Located in the Northern Suburbs.
•              A strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
•              Problem-solving attitude and the ability to produce positive outcomes.
•              Experience with office management tools (Outlook, Word & Excel).
•              Experience with other software for use to improve efficiencies.
•              Strong communication skills and the confidence to talk to clients on the phone.
•              Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, initiative, and sound judgement.
•              The ability to work autonomously, but still able to follow detailed instructions.
