We are a well-established family-run business based in Orange NSW, seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper & Accounts Specialist to join our close-knit team.This is a full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in accounting to make this role their own.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including the management of ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.Payroll Management: Accurately process and review wages, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and tax obligations.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Ensure accurate recording of all transactions and manage aged debtors and creditors.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assist in business decision-making.
