About the role
STS GROUP AUSTRALIA is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Accounts Administrator to join our team based in Malaga, WA. This is a new full-time role, responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our multiple growing businesses.
What you'll be doing Accounts payable, receivables and cashflow managementMaintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statementsAssisting with payroll processing, employee expense management and WA & NSW payroll taxReconciling bank accounts and credit card statementsProviding personal financial and administrative support to the Managing DirectorEnsuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulationsInvoicing support and debtor managementAssist Managing Director and external accountants with EOFY preparationIdentifying opportunities to improve financial processes and proceduresWhat we're looking for At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts administration roleStrong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting software, and financial reportingExcellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbersProficiency in using accounting software, STS uses Standard ERP by Hansaworld, but experience in MYOB and/or Xero will be sufficient.Strong organisational and time management skillsA commitment to providing high-quality customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality What we offer
