About the role
STS GROUP AUSTRALIA is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Accounts Administrator to join our team based in Malaga, WA.
This is a new full-time role, responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our multiple growing businesses.

What you'll be doing
Accounts payable, receivables and cashflow management Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements Assisting with payroll processing, employee expense management and WA & NSW payroll tax Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements Providing personal financial and administrative support to the Managing Director Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations Invoicing support and debtor management Assist Managing Director and external accountants with EOFY preparation Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts administration role Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting software, and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Proficiency in using accounting software, STS uses Standard ERP by Hansaworld, but experience in MYOB and/or Xero will be sufficient.
Strong organisational and time management skills A commitment to providing high-quality customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality What we offer
