Bookkeeper - 6 Month Contract - Subiaco

Perth CBD Start ASAP 6 month initial contract Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking to make a meaningful impact within a non-profit organisation?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team one day a week.
This role will support our financial operations, helping us to continue making a difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance Process payroll and manage employee records using Employment Hero Maintain accounts payable and receivable in Xero Prepare financial reports for management and assist with month-end close Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow projections Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting as needed Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a non-profit or community organisation Proficiency in Xero and Employment Hero is essential Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders What We Offer: Flexibility with work hours, one day per week commitment Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and work with a passionate team Competitive hourly rate aligned with experience If you're a reliable, motivated Bookkeeper with the skills we need, we'd love to hear from you!
