Our Health Assessment Centre, located in Martin Place, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bookings Coordinator to join our team full-time.
Key Responsibilities: Client Appointment Scheduling: Be the friendly voice making outbound calls and sending emails to book appointments into our EHS clinics.Client Enquiries: Be the go-to person for inbound calls and emails about our suite of EHS services, programs, and offerings.Customer Experience Management: Use your stellar communication skills to ensure a high success rate in bookings with a professional, friendly phone manner.Booking Accuracy: Make sure every booking is spot-on to exceed client expectations, thanks to your deep understanding of EHS services and customer needs.Data Management: Keep our client data up-to-date and accurate in the EHS platform, ensuring the clinical team has everything they need.Follow-Up Support: Help the clinic team follow up with clients about recommendations and referrals from their medical assessments.Handle general office admin tasks.Liaise with clients, doctors, and other health professionals.Assist the Manager with various duties as needed.What We Are Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A warm, outgoing personality with a professional, friendly phone manner.Experience in bookings, call centres, or sales environments.The drive to hit targets and ability to work accurately and efficiently.The knack for interacting effectively and supportively with people from all backgrounds.Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.A strong customer service focus to delight our customers.A strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.Previous office experience.Job Benefits:
