The Role We are looking for a Casual Bookings Coordinator to provide high quality customer to all calls and emails and making appointments to drive more business. In this role, you will be required to follow up on all email enquiries, make outbound calls in an attempt to service patients and make appointments.
The Tasks Making inbound calls, monitor the inbound call que ensuring all calls are answered in a timely manner Making appointments for areas of the business via the correct platform Correctly screening patients prior to making appointment. Building rapport with patients, customer, Health Care Professionals to ensure quality customer service Working with other parts of the business to best service the patient The Successful Candidate Effective project management and delivery Experience in customer service Displays business judgement and is solution orientated Strong organisational and time management skills Outstanding communication and customer service skills A passion for people and a personable approach The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an outstanding work environment in a purpose and values-driven Company that invests in its' people through training and development and internal promotion.
