About the Role The permanent part-time Booking Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling installations, bookings, and following up on all jobs within New South Wales.
It involves communication with clients, Optix staff and job sites to ensure the smooth operation of the installation work.
Working Location and Hours Office based in Sandgate Queensland 25 hours per week Monday – Friday in Office Role Hours are 9am - 2pm (Finish and start times negotiable) We are looking for someone to start after the new year and will be reviewing applications from 6 January 2025 onwards Key Responsibilities Customer Booking: Managing phone and email enquiries Managing customer enquiries for work requests and schedule/book the work requests Communication with customers on the status of work requests Coordinating customer location/availability and technician location/availability Managing schedule changes with the customer  Job/Site Management: Communicating with job sites on availability and access Re-confirming vehicle availability prior to the work taking place Managing any schedule changes with sites Skills and Experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience as a scheduler, coordinator or similar position is advantageous (however not required) High level of attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities Organised, reliable, and punctual Have a willingness to learn Comfortable to work independently and in a team environment Familiar with scheduling software or an ability to pick up systems comfortably Experience in the transport industry would be advantageous Perks Working with Us Supportive team culture Good work-life balance with flexible hours Team building and training events All equipment and training provided Apply Now If you are interested in this role, please apply now by uploading your resume and cover letter!
