About the role: In our global contact centre based at the Auckland Airport as a Booking Host you will help our customers book their campervan holiday of a lifetime and answer any questions around the campervan experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Find the right campervan for our customers using your excellent customer service skills and product knowledge
Provide quotes and help our customers making bookings for their holiday in NZ & AU and anything else they need for their campervan holiday
Service our 3 main channels: phone, email, live chat
Be driven by achieving sales targets
Familiarise our customers with our products and what's fun to do in New Zealand and Australia
About you: For someone with 1 to 2 years customer service or sales experience, this will be an exciting and fun role - even more so if you know the tourism industry well. It would be a big advantage if you have a tertiary qualification, and we'd love it if you could speak a second language as you will deal with customers from all over the world. As well as enthusiasm for travel and tourism, you will be able to show strong attention to detail, along with excellent listening skills. Being tech savvy will be a big help, too.
