The role of the Booking Coordinator is to ensure that customers, both internal and external are provided a reliable service in a professional and timely manner.
The role requires bookings to be coordinated with the installers in an efficient and time-efficient manner and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

Answering phone calls, take bookings for work required and/or coordinate with the appropriate department.
Responding to queries and seeking solutions for clients and team members.
Entering data and information into our electronics bookings system.
Confirm job completion with the fleet team and dealerships as required.
Follow up on missing information required including order numbers for jobs.
Filing of paperwork in relations to jobs/invoices.
All other general administration duties as directed by supervisors or managers.
What do you need?
