The Admin/ Book Keeper will be hands on for all accounting and administrative aspects of the companies' operations.
Qualifications & experience
Bookkeeping experience with Cashflow & Xero - Our plan would be to swap from Cashflow to Zero to allow for smoother operations with invoicing clients through our booking system. So ideally looking for someone who could confidently help with change over.A thorough understanding of Payroll and Leave EntitlementsProficient in Microsoft products, particularly Word, Excel and OutlookThe ability to work independently and as a team playerHighly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demandsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA welcoming telephone mannerMature minded individualTasks & responsibilities
Bank ReconciliationsAccounts Payable & Account ReceivableProcessing Payroll - Must be confident with Single Touch Payroll.Maintaining Payroll Records, including Annual, Sick/Personal Leave Preparing and lodging Superannuation and long service leaveLiaise with external Accountant to provide relevant Information as requiredResolve invoice discrepancies.Filing and general accounts administrationAnswering Phone and dealing with clients (taking quote or booking requests)A suitable salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant to start immediately.
