Qualifications & experience Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.Minimum understanding of specific industry knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.Proven record of expectation: Demonstrated experience in financial record-keeping and reporting.Previous experience in finance or accounting roles.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Experience with Xero and Excel is a must. Tasks & responsibilities In-depth knowledge of Xero Accounting Software.Process invoices, payments, and employee payroll.Manage and reconcile financial accounts.End-to-end accounts payable, receivable and payroll processing.Maintain compliance with financial regulations, policies and employment awards.This position is Part-time 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 15 hours a week.
