Book Keeper

Due to rapid expansion, M+Co are currently looking for an organised individual to join our team to assist with a variety of administration and bookkeeping tasks within the Property Presentation branch of our company. 
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing newly accepted jobs and management of paperwork Managing outgoing jobs and ongoing projectsResponding to customers' queries on styling, trade and additional servicesAssisting the sales team with quoting Assisting the sales and management team with client correspondence Invoicing and follow up of client invoices / payments (MYOB)Assist wherever possible in securing and preserving sales.Develop, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersArranging access and assisting with scheduling of upcoming projectsAdhoc administration  Key Skills and Attributes:
Previous bookkeeping experience requiredExcellent attention to detailExceptional organisational and multi tasking skillsAbility to excel under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to take initiativePunctual and work well in a team environmentGood Microsoft office skills
