About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our thriving pottery supply business based in Milton, Queensland. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting operations.
What you'll be doing Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accountsPrepare and lodge business activity statements (BAS)Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgersAssist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reportsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external accountantsProvide general administrative support to the finance teamWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and MYOB softwareExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamWhat we offer
